Chapter:1 Story

Chapter:1

Once upon a time, there was a hero—a man of few words, yet his undeniable charm had the power to bend others to his will. Driven by an insatiable thirst for power, he mercilessly crushed anyone who stood in his path, leaving chaos and ruin in his wake. Vengeance fueled his every step, and nothing could deter him from his relentless pursuit of dominance.

Amid his rise to power stood a woman by his side, a presence he mistook for love. In truth, he never loved her—he only saw in her a reflection of his own darkness and ambition, convincing himself that their twisted bond was love. She was cunning and ruthless, a vision of dark elegance that matched his own relentless pursuit. Every step she took was calculated, every word laced with hidden intent. Behind her cold, enigmatic smile lay a heart untouched by mercy, driven by the same hunger that consumed him. Together, they were a force of destruction, bound not by love, but by their shared desire for power.

His grandfather, well aware of his grandson's ruthless nature and destructive tendencies, took it upon himself to change his fate. To save him from the path he was on, he arranged a marriage with the heroine—an orphan studying to become a doctor. She was everything a man could hope for—sweet, intelligent, and breathtakingly beautiful.

The moment Grandpa met the heroine, he was struck by her warmth and kindness. Without hesitation, he asked for her hand in marriage on behalf of his grandson. Though reluctant at first, the heroine eventually agreed after much thought. She, too, was facing difficulties of her own and saw the marriage as a possible way out of her troubles. The real challenge, however, was convincing his grandson, who would never agree to such a union. Determined to see it through, Grandpa issued an ultimatum—either accept the marriage or lose his position as CEO. With no other choice, the hero reluctantly complied.

From the start, the hero struggled with the forced nature of the marriage. Resentful and unwilling to let go of his girlfriend, he treated the heroine with cold indifference, even cruelty. His girlfriend, too, saw the heroine as an unwelcome presence and did everything to make her life difficult. Yet, despite their harshness, the heroine remained kind and patient, tending to the hero even when he was unwell. She never complained, silently enduring their treatment with grace.

Over time, something unexpected happened. The hero found himself drawn to the heroine in ways he couldn't explain. Her quiet strength, unwavering kindness, and selflessness slowly chipped away at his walls. What began as reluctant tolerance turned into a growing attraction, and before he realized it, love had taken root in his heart.

His girlfriend, sensing the change, became consumed with jealousy. Desperate to reclaim his attention, she devised a plan to drive the heroine away. But before she could act on her scheme, the hero, now deeply in love with the heroine, confronted her. Realizing she could no longer manipulate him, the villainess spiraled into madness, unable to accept that the hero no longer belonged to her. Her jealousy and obsession overwhelmed her, and she was eventually sent by hero to a mental asylum, unable to escape the consequences of her actions.

Now, you might be wondering why I’m telling you this story. Well, it's because I’ve freaking transmigrated into this novel. And guess what? I’m not the heroine—I’m his girlfriend. Yeah, you heard that right. I’m the villain of this story.
